Getting Lily in the car yesterday, she climbed into her car seat and sat down. We've been having issues with her wanting to get in; instead, she prefers to jump all over the car and make a general ruckus. I got her in her seat, and I thanked her for being so quick to get in, making our trip go smoother. She looked at me and proudly said, "I fight dada in carseat." She was quite proud to announce that she was unwilling to fight me that day, implying that later she was going to make things interesting for dad.

On the way to Chelsea's, she told me, "Mama, I eat the moon!"

I responded, "Oh no! Did it taste good?"

She made a spitting sound and said, "I spit it out."

Not sure where she comes up with these things.
